Couples Counseling
We often struggle with the one's we love the most and it's usually due to unclear communication and misaligned wants/desires/boundaries. Together we will improve communication, intimacy, vulnerability and explore family dynamics.
Family Therapy
We can't choose our families but we can choose to fight for them. Family dynamics is one of the most powerful areas of our identity and this work allows us to gain better insight of who we came from to understand how we are the way we are.

Breathwork
Going into the depths of our being can begin with seizing control of the tiniest of elements. Breathwork serves as an integrative discipline that unites our instinctual breathing with purposeful, conscious breath manipulation. This fusion enables us to establish a profound connection with the innermost layers of our selves, facilitating the emergence of valuable insights, boundless compassion, and self-love.


Men's Process Group
Group therapy is the process of exploration and expansion of deeper emotions while being witnessed by your peers. This intimidate cohort of your peers will hold you, challenge you and provide for you a space to speak the quiet part out loud.

Being a man in today’s world is hard. Conflicting messages make our understanding of masculinity confusing. Together, we will explore shame, confront struggles and celebrate wins. Group therapy offers the structure to confront inner pain and the courage to embrace your authentic self unapologetically with the support of your fellow man by your side.
